Crossing Automation’s ISO9001:2008 registration certifies that the policies, practices and procedures of Crossing Automation are capable to design, manufacture, support, install and service integrated automation solutions for the semiconductor and related industries with the goal of total customer satisfaction. The ISO9001:2008 standard specifies the basic requirements for a QMS that a company must fulfill to demonstrate its ability to consistently provide products and services that enhance customers’ satisfaction and meet applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.
