Crossing Automation Launches Novel DARTS™ FOUP Buffer

Fremont, Calif. and Chiba, Japan – December 5, 2011 – Crossing Automation, Inc. (www.crossinginc.com), a leading designer and manufacturer of fab and tool automation products used by today’s foremost semiconductor device and equipment companies, introduced its Dynamic Access Recirculating Transport and Storage (DARTS™) FOUP buffer this week at SEMICON Japan. The DARTS FOUP Buffer offers a flexible, near-tool buffering system delivering benefits to both IC manufacturers and OEMs. Crossing has received multiple orders for its DARTS FOUP Buffer and the product is operating in a production environment.

Crossing Automation Signs Licensing Agreement with Global Equipment Services to Support Legacy Axys407 Robots

Fremont, Calif. – November 15, 2011 – Crossing Automation, Inc. (www.crossinginc.com), a leading designer and manufacturer of fab and tool automation products used by today’s foremost semiconductor device and equipment companies, today announced its first licensing agreement for the sale, service and support of legacy products. Under the terms of the agreement, Global Equipment Services (GES), a high tech equipment turnkey service company serving OEMs in the global semiconductor, flat panel display and solar cell production equipment industries, will market the Axys407 Model 21 Robot family.

Crossing Automation Wins Repeat Orders for Multiple CrossingConnect™ Vacuum Platform Configurations

Fremont, Calif. – November 8, 2011 – Crossing Automation, Inc. (www.crossinginc.com), a leading designer and manufacturer of fab and tool automation products used by today’s foremost semiconductor device and equipment companies, today announced that it has received follow-on orders for multiple systems from original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) for its CrossingConnect™ vacuum wafer-level automation platforms. The systems are expected to ship in the fourth quarter of 2011.
